Mondays Exercise Routine

Because Monday has already come and gone I'm going to go ahead and post for Mondays Simple 10 minute exercise. Just keep up the good work and I promise you'll see great results :)
Remember ONLY 10 minutes!


1. Sit Ups - Do one set of about 20 repetitions. If you can't do all 20 at first, just do as many as you can. When 20 gets to be too easy, slow down to make the exercise harder. Don't pull on the back of your head. It doesn't help.


2. Bench Press - Raise and lower the weights from several different angles to thoroughly work the chest muscles. Elbows in. Elbows out wide.

3. Squats-Keep - Keep your chin up and your back arched as you do this exercise. Do 15 to 20 reps. Let your thighs come down parallel to the floor before pressing back up.
