TGIF ! 10 Minute Work Out

OK guys today is the last day of the week and you get to rest tomorrow to let your body heal and recouperate :) Yay we all love to relax right? Well I know I do, So lets go ahead and get Fridays workout out of the way! Here we go:

1. Side Bends - Bend sideways as far as possible, do 20 reps. Each side.

2. Upright Row - Keep the weights close to the body and raise the elbows high. Slowly lower the weights, keeping them in front of you.

3. Weighted Crunch - Hook your feet under one weight and hold the other one on your chest. Do only a partial sit up. Dont come up to high.
