I love to eat! No I really do and I can't stop. I'm not the type to eat when im mad or sad, I'm the total opposite I eat all the time and when I'm mad or sad I don't eat. lol What is wrong with me?? I think if I did eat only when I'm mad or sad it wouldn't be such a struggle to balance my weight. What can I do to help the snacking urge? If I watch a movie I have to eat something and I'll honestly be so full I can't stand it but b/c it's movie time I have to eat wheather I really want to or not. Is that a mental thing? hmmmm something to think about lol. Any advise?? Its just something that was on my mind so I wanted to post, until next time...
